PostSubject: Full Tilt - a process still   Mon Nov 21, 2011 1:04 pm

EGaming Review Magazine reported that online poker site - Full Tilt Poker - still faces a process refers to the frozen funds of its players, this time is about two former Canadian users.

Zayn Jetha and Donald Whelan will file a lawsuit against Howard Lederer, Ray Bitar and Nelson Burtnick, as well as Full Tilt Poker Company Ltd and associated companies - Orin, oxalic, Tiltware and Vantage. A subpoena was issued about a week ago.

Disputes came a month after four U.S. poker players, which include a lawyer and a professional player (Todd Terry), have raised a lawsuit against the company suspended.

Earlier this month, Full Tilt has paid £ 250,000 for outstanding license fees by the Alderney Gambling Control Commission (AGCC) after the company fails to AGCC its terms because they pay their license on time.

AGCC Commissioners decided to postpone a public hearing on Full Tilt license not later than September 15, although further hearings will be held in private.
