100th Pound Milestone

HAHA..

Ok, so I finally did it...
For those that werent on "that other poker forum", who dont know me...Ive been on a diet since Oct. 23rd of last year....
I broke my back about 2 years ago, and gained a whopping 70 lbs, and got up to 270!!!!!!! FRACK!!!

So...I went on a diet, not only to lose weight, but to try to control my blood pressure that was out of control. I was on three medications, but when I lost my job, and insurance, I stopped taking them....figuring fuckit....Ill just stroke out...np..

Today, I hit 170..so...pretty epic milestone of 100 lbs. I weigh what I did in high school...haha... and took my blood pressure this morning, and it was 124/77, without medication.

Im thinkin 10 more lbs. and the diets over, and that'll give me 5-10 lbs. of wiggle room, so when I gain a couple pounds I wont freak out.

My backs a lot better, and Ive been doing a lot of physical activity in the yard (at like 106 degrees everyday....Texas...sigh).
So...Yea for me...hahah.......

I started keeping a weekly log of weight lost in like January, but I'd already lost like 50 lbs. Just for grins, heres my weigh in chart since January.
