When in this situation, you need to play tight, and take a risk. Only playing preium hands will make your chances of winning against the donks better. After a time or two of you calling or shoving and winning, if they are smart enough, they will tighten up. If they don't, you will don't they will likely lose.

Mind you, they will win some hands and you will lose, but that falls into variance all you can do is play good poker, and you will eventually get profitable.
